Customer Stories

We are proud of the work we do and the relationships we build with our clients. Their stories are a testament to our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Straight A Exterior Renovations for a complete roof replacement as well as replacing the siding on my home, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. From the initial consultation to the final inspection, the entire process was smooth and professional. The team was highly professional and courteous throughout the project. They provided a detailed estimate and walked me through every step, ensuring I was informed and comfortable with the plan. The craftsmanship was top-notch. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the job, from the installation of siding to the flawless roofing work. My home looks stunning, and I've received numerous compliments from neighbors. Communication was excellent. The project manager kept me updated on progress and promptly addressed any questions or concerns I had. The team completed the project in a timely manner and within budget, which was impressive given the amount of work. Overall, I highly recommend Straight A Exterior Renovations for anyone looking for reliable and high-quality contractors. They exceeded my expectations in every way and delivered a beautiful transformation of my home.

Matt has been my go to roofer in Cincinnati for the past five years, he’s replaced the roof on my home as well as doing work for multiple friends of mine. I refer him because he has incredible knowledge within the industry and puts the homeowners best interest first. Quality work from a quality guy.

Matt came to my property to take a look at my windows and back patio door since they’re in serious need of replacement. He was very respectful of my budget and put in extra work to find additional savings for me, even with my pricier design preferences. He had noticed a nail pop in my roof on his way in and after we discussed the windows and door options, he even climbed onto the roof to fix the nail pop for me. He was incredibly knowledgeable on exterior design and functionality and we discussed various updated looks for me to consider down the road which was a bonus. Even though I didn’t contract with Matt for my window/door replacement in the end, I would recommend Straight A for all kinds of projects anyone might have.

Very professional and communicative company that cares for it's customers to give them a 5 star experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get work done!
